Airbus Helicopters is looking for a
Export Control Manager (f/m) to join our Transformation department in Operations (Industry & Procurement) based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of a team developing transformation and regulation compliancy.

As part of the Operations Transformation team, you will be involved in Export control aiming at securing compliancy of
Airbus Helicopters related to these regulations.

Your challenges:

Export of arms and sensitive technologies are a major security, diplomatic and defense industrial issue for states, which put in place a rigorous and complex body of national legislation and regulations. Full compliance with those Export Control Laws is critical to ensure the success of Airbus' global business model.

Airbus Helicopters is reinforcing the team dealing with
Export control in Operations (Industry and Procurement):

Provide
guidance to Operations teams, strategic and operational buyers on Export Control
Be in charge of
mandatory classifications as well as interpretation of existing classifications for tangible (procured and manufactured items, inbound / outbound) and for intangible data
Assist in Export Control
classification declaration up to validation
Detect, evaluate and mitigate Operations risks linked to export control matters
Work in a
transversal collaboration with export control managers from other functions like engineering, support and services, programs; be the main interface to Legal Export Control department

Improve Operations processes related to Export Control, conduct projects accordingly

Your profile:

-
8 years of professional experience

Experience in Export control
Education with export control background
Knowledge of Export control related activities
:classification of procured and manufactured parts, licenses handling, handling of intangible data
English (advanced level)

Continuous learner, comfortable in complex environment

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
