MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TEAM LEADER/WORKSHOP FOREMAN/SITE SUPERVISOR: Preparation
• Become familiar with, and apply, the instructions taken from execution documents (welding guidebook, welding procedure, work instructions, etc.).
• Prepare the edges to be welded (chamfering, grinding).
• Check that the edges to be welded have been properly prepared (chamfer angle, spacing, separation). Welding
• Tack weld the various parts following the indications of the pipe fitter/boilermaker.
• Choose the weld metal depending on the grade to be welded and in line with the execution documents (welding guidebook, welding procedures, work instructions, etc.).
• Adjust your welding equipment in line with the nature of the work to be done (welding process, polarity, welding intensity, pre- and post-gas, etc.).
• Perform the welds with the requisite level of quality. After welding
• Clean the welds made (brushing, grinding of excessive buildup, removal of slag).
• Visually check the welds and repair any areas outside of the accepted tolerance.
• Ensure traceability of the welding operations. Quality, health, safety and the environment
• Become aware of, and apply, the security and environmental preventive procedures, rules and measures (wearing of PPE, sorting of waste, etc.).
• Report information (anomalies, best practices, etc.) and malfunctions or dangerous situations (incidents/accidents). Formation :

Idéalement, formation de niveau BAC Pro en chaudronnerie, complétée d'un titre professionnel de tuyauteur(se).

Expérience :

3 ans en tant que tuyauteur(se)/chaudronnier(ière) en milieu industriel. Expérience exigée dans la chaudronnerie lourde.

Compétences :

Reconnu.e pour vos capacités d'adaptation, vous aimez travailler en équipe et vous savez communiquer efficacement pour trouver la meilleure solution technique.
