The Sustainability and Corporate Communication team is looking for a passionate
Sustainability project manager/Responsable RSE (CDI/Permanent role) to make Ecotone and its foundation a credible leader on climate and biodiversity by managing related projects/programs and by engaging its internal/external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Sustainability & Communication Director, your missions in the adventure

Climate

Be the Ecotone's referent in terms of GHG mitigation strategy
Analyze on a yearly basis Ecotone's CO2 footprint, identify levers for reducing the Group's carbon footprint, and provide support for the implementation of related action plans
Collaborate with procurement to implement the company sustainability roadmap in relation with suppliers
Participate in the continuous improvement environmental programs by providing support to the operational departments about reduction of our other impacts on the environment (air, water, waste, etc.)
Stay up to date with the latest Climate/Environment reporting or regulatory requirements
Contribute to raising employees' awareness on Climate issues, and promote our initiatives internally & externally

Biodiversity

Ensure strong commitment and compliance to the Science Based target for Nature program
Benchmark progress of competitors/sector, and determine relevant initiatives/reporting standard where we need to adhere/enter/comply with (TCFD ) to make sure we stay at the forefront

Foundation

Work closely with the board to define the strategy of the foundation
Keep abreast of issues, trends, exemplary programs and best practices in the foundation's area
Assess project's impact & performance
Create and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit organizations
Manage budget and operational/administrative work, including preparation of board meetings
Promote the foundation's externally and engage all employees across Europe

Strategy & Transformation

Contribute to build the Sustainability strategy and roadmap
Regularly liaise with internal stakeholders and work closely with the business to embed sustainability in core business projects
Support communication and marketing teams to develop effective sustainability content for external and internal communication

A master's degree in Sustainability, Engineering or Business Administration with 5-10 years' experience in project experience.

You are able to manage complexity and quickly understand new concepts outside area of expertise.

A knowledge in LCA, carbon footprint and associated tools will be an asset.

You are known for your high sensitivity to sustainability, biodiversity, nature, social, diversity and inclusion and business matters.

With your strong interpersonal skills, you have proven ability to build strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

Comfortable with public speaking and facilitation, you have strong engagement skills to motivate a community.

Organized with strong analytical mind and capacity for synthesis, you have very good Excel skills.

Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.

Some travels are required (10%).
