    Au sein du studio de design maroquinerie, bijoux et projets spéciaux, vous soutiendrez la Head of Design dans toutes ses missions non-créatives. 1/ Coordination et communication. Créer, mettre à jour et diffuser les présentations, rapports et documents divers nécessaires aux activités du pôle. S'assurer de la bonne transmission des informations entre les services impliqués dans le développement et le lancement de la collection (équipes Collection, Qualité, Atelier, Branding & Image). Collaborer étroitement avec les membres de l'équipe pour garantir la bonne coordination des activités et la réalisation des objectifs. Regrouper et transmettre les différents éléments nécessaires au pôle juridique pour dépôt légal et prévision des risques.

    2/ Missions administratives et organisation. Suivi du budget, gestion des factures. Organisation des voyages et déplacements de l'équipe incluant les réservations de billets, vols et d'hébergements. Organisation des réunions au sein du pôle mais aussi celles avec les autres pôles et le CEO. Rédaction de compte-rendus pour certaines réunions. Être le référent de l'ensemble de l'équipe Studio pour la vie pratique et la logistique : accueil des nouveaux arrivants, commande de fournitures et matériel. Être force de proposition et mettre en place de nouveaux processus et outils dans le but d'améliorer l'organisation du Studio et le respect des délais. Gérer le planning de l'équipe.

    Nos attentes : 3-5 ans d'expérience minimum dans un rôle similaire de coordination et communication. La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (à l'écrit comme à l'oral). La maîtrise de l'espagnol est un plus. La maîtrise du pack Office est nécessaire. Les packs Adobe et Notion sont des plus. Une forte sensibilité mode ou luxe. Une vision rigoureuse, ainsi que des capacités d'adaptation et d'organisation afin de gérer plusieurs sujets de front.
