    Project Coordinator – Olympic Games Paris 2024

    We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to help plan and activate an exciting client's hospitality experience at the upcoming Olympic Games Paris 2024.

    This role will work closely with the wider SPORTFIVE Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024 project and client teams.

    The ideal candidate will be energetic, willing to learn and able to work under pressure while juggling multiple deadlines. Additionally, the individual should be able to communicate clearly and concisely with both clients and the SPORTFIVE team, including managers, directors, and executives.

    This position is a contract role, starting part-time in May 2024, full-time during the Olympic Games in Paris and finishing late August 2024. Remote work pre-event with the commitment to be on-site Paris required for the duration of the event. Travel and accommodation will be provided during the Olympic Games.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Project management support, ensuring that all deliverables are achieved in an efficient, clear and timely manner
    • Assist with administrative tasks
    • Assist in preparation of any documents/presentations required by the client or management team
    • Ensure agendas and contact reports are circulated in advance to all client meetings and meeting action items are collected, then circulated once the meetings have been completed
    • Support on the management of suppliers, including preparation of project briefing documents for event execution
    • Prepare materials for the project and client meetings including PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
    • Assist in the production of all printed materials as required on site
    • Update senior team regularly on project status, highlighting key points
    • Track milestones and update project trackers to share with the client regularly on account/project status highlighting key points
    • Arrange and complete site visits, as requested
    • Issue resolution as and when required
    • Research venues, suppliers or other as requested within Paris, including restaurants and activities
    • Professional hosting and guest management on-site
    • Work with the wider team to ensure that all system requirements, safety regulations and restrictions are adhered to

    Your Profile:

    • Previous major global sports event experience with a focus on client project management expertise is a nice to have for this position
    • Minimum 3-4+ years experience in a marketing role
    • Keen interest in planning and organising events and hospitality activities
    • Advanced MS Office Skills
    • Highly organised, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast‐paced and deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
    • Comfortable liaising with both senior internal and external stakeholders (written and verbal)
    • University degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Sports Business, Hospitality or related field.
    • English fluency required (written and verbal), French fluency a bonus
    • Flexible, enthusiastic and willing to work long hours and days as required (including weekends over event period)
    • Passionate about sports, events and hospitality
