The position:We are looking for a talented Team Lead SDR based in the Paris office, to lead, develop, and hire highly driven and enthusiastic SDR team members across our European offices and own a significant part of the funnel.

The Sales Development team is the first interaction with prospective customers and is key to the success of Deepki. The Europe Team Lead will take responsibility for continuous coaching, and training of the SDR team.

The team lead will align SDR goals and activities with our Go To Market plans to ensure the company achieves growth targets.

This role works closely with the local sales and marketing teams to maximise pipeline creation and reports to the Head of International SDR.


Missions:


  • Be a role model and rollup your sleeves to develop Deepki's customer portfolio
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and manage SDRs grow the team
  • Develop the sales, product and industry skills of each team member
  • Motivate team members through creative initiatives and coaching aligned with Deepki sales Methodology
  • Work with sales to optimize pipeline creation and efficient handoff
  • Work in partnership with the Revenue Ops team to understand how our inbound & outbound activities turn into customers
  • Identify target accounts and prospects and then effectively pitch Deepki Solution to schedule meetings with qualified prospects
  • Regularly report on team & individual results
  • As an Europe Team Lead Sales Development Representative, your impact on Deepki's growth will be immediate and measurable: you will directly contribute to increasing ARR through Deepki, while growing the company's customer portfolio.
  • You will also benefit from a coaching / continuing education program allowing you to develop solid sales and management skills, on real estate and ESG

The profile:


Requirements:


  • Master degree or equivalent
  • French speaker and excellent level of English. Any other European language is a plus (Spanish / Italian / German)
  • 3 + years experience working in SaaS / Software environments
  • Previous experience in SDR / BDR team lead / management across different countries could be a plus
  • Excellent for training, motivating and coaching in a fastgrowth environment
  • You have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities
  • Excellent time management, organization problem solving skills (data driven and metric centric)
  • Proficient in Salesforce & marketing / sales automation + web related tools
  • Great attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires balancing many initiatives together
