Job Description:

You will participate in system related cross-functional projects with opportunity to be a technical lead. Projects could include assisting with integrations support and development of training guides and videos for users.

  • Participate in projects related to enhancements in the system
  • Perform regular data audits with a focus on data integrity
  • Manage and/or support the uploading of mass data changes
  • Testing of new features and prep work leading up to biannual system updates
  • Create and maintain standard reports mostly for global HR team and respond to data requests for ad hoc reports
  • Assist with developing/updating Workday training guides and videos
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Six (6) or more years progressive HRIS experience required
  • Minimum three (3) years' recent experience supporting Workday HCM, preferably as an admin
  • Experience supporting other systems (ADP, SuccessFactors, etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic human resources functions and procedures
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Strong analytical skills with high degree of detail orientation required
  • Systems savvy and processoriented
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high quality standards
  • Excellent skills in time management, organization, coordination, customer focus and communication (written and verbal)
  • Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently
  • Effective problem solving and followthrough skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with IT, Finance and other departments
  • Ability to protect sensitive data and maintain confidentiality
  • Global support experience preferred
