    Your Impact within our Team:

    Your role as a Technical Architect is pivotal in increasing platform adoption and delivering value to customers by helping them achieve their business goals through effective API and integration ecosystem management. Your thought leadership and mentorship are essential for the professional development of colleagues and the continuous improvement of our capabilities.

    What you will achieve in your first 3 months:

    • Dive deep into the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and familiarize yourself with our Professional Services' approach through training, mentoring, and support from your team
    • Build a strong network within the Professional Services organization and the broader MuleSoft and Salesforce ecosystem
    • Gain practical knowledge of the MuleSoft Solution Architect role by shadowing colleagues on customer engagements and actively contributing to projects
    • Obtain MuleSoft technical certifications and become well-versed in our technology and implementation methodologies
    • Initiate mentorship of team members, enhancing knowledge and capabilities collectively

    What you will achieve in your first 12 months:

    • Lead significant customer engagements, providing hands-on technical leadership throughout the API lifecycle
    • Drive impactful business outcomes by optimizing MuleSoft Platform adoption for customers
    • Explore opportunities to expand MuleSoft's influence and enhance service value for customers
    • Establish yourself as a thought leader, supporting colleagues' growth through mentoring and shaping the Practice's evolution
    • Innovate collaboratively across teams to improve products and services

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in architecting and implementing enterprise-scale integration solutions across various technologies and deployment models
    • Proficiency in API lifecycle management, migration initiatives, DevOps, Agile practices, and team leadership
    • Fluency in French and English, with a willingness to travel as needed

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Attainment of MuleSoft certifications, advisory experience, and a track record of innovation in technology
    • Passion for continuous improvement, public speaking, and expertise in related tools and technologies
    • In-depth knowledge of integration use cases and industry-specific domains
    • Additional language capabilities and relevant certifications are advantageous
