future HR leaders of our Group and its 75 Maisons

Join the first-of-a-kind
SPRING Human Resources Graduate Program: a unique rotational fast-track LVMH journey, 100% dedicated to Human Resources, and craft your career within a Group recognised for its French heritage, vibrant culture, and unique savoir-faire.

This is the playground for your
2-year journey that will consist of
3 operational and strategic 8-month rotations across our unparalleled ecosystem of Maisons and business sectors,
both in France and internationally.

To embark on a successful journey, you will be supported by a

custom-designed development paththat will start with a fully
immersive on-boarding.

Deep-diving into the LVMH experience, you will thrive amongst an
inspiring and multicultural community of Talents, dedicated to transmit our knowledge and savoir-faire to the next generations.

PROFILE

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Talents who are
passionate about people and about creating an impact; who are ambitious, and ready to jump into a world where
excellence, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship are our daily drivers.

We expect Talents coming from a diversity of backgrounds and recruited on their
leadership potential as well as appetite for making talents thrive and supporting business transformations.

On-boarding the program will require to demonstrate a true
fit and passion for the Luxury retail industry.

Your experience
We welcome Master's (MSc) students from all schools and universities:

with a maximum of 3 years of working experience (not including internships nor apprenticeships)

- graduated by September 2023 & available to start full-time by October 202- with an international experience (6 months minimum).

No prior work experience in HR nor Luxury sector is required.

English with professional fluency is a must-have. French is highly valuable.
