AIRBUS HELICOPTERS is launching a major transformation program for which the Operations directorate is willing to reinforce its Operations Methods and Tools department.

What is this transformation about?
AIRBUS HELICOPTERS is launching the program ?NEW ERP?.

NEW ERP is not just an upgrade of our current SAP solution to the last and most modern version SAP S4/HANA. This is a profound transformation program aiming at revisiting our processes, methods and tools to build together our future and sustainable backbone that will allow working smarter, quicker for our people, customers, suppliers and our businesses.

Why and Why now?

Because:
Final step of company integration will not be possible without a holistic transformation with technology as accelerator,

Digitalization and business innovation are not scalable in today's fragmented business process and technology landscape,

Non-standardization across functions and sites prevent best practices sharing and deployment.

What will be your role?

You will integrate a transnational (France, Germany) team of specialists and experts who handle the design, deployment and support of solutions to support worldwide our Operations business functions (manufacturing engineering, planning, logistics, strategic and operational procurement, elementary parts manufacturing and assembly).

On the program ?NEW ERP?, your role will be to detail and deliver the target solution leveraging SAP S/4 Hana standard capabilities, meeting customer and user needs, while fulfilling strong ambitions for the benefits of the company:
Harmonized & integrated processes

Faster solutions (including for reporting and analytics)

Data consistency & continuity

User-friendly solutions

Your job in the program:

Collaborate with a wide range of people to identify and define needs, understand the solution context and SAP S/4 Hana standard

Collaborate with IM experts and development team

Define and support the building of a solution taking into consideration worldwide scalability, end to end process within AH organizations and interfaces with other IT backbones (PLM, MES?)

Define specification, features and user stories

Prioritize team backlog and define acceptance criteria

Ensure efficient decision making for a standard solution and optimized process

Secure process update, written and structured documentation, easy to access and updated ?how to? for end user

Contribute to analysis, test and problem solving

Contribute to change management and coaching during deployment phase

Skills and experience expected:

Diploma/master/ engineer, bachelor for manufacturing engineering or information technology (or equivalent)
Experience within Operations functions (manufacturing engineering, planning, logistics, strategic and operational procurement, elementary parts manufacturing and assembly).

SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing or SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement

Experience in SAP rollout or support

Knowledge in Agile or SAFe project management methodologies.

Capacity to

listen and understand issue and requirement of End Users

propose solution that stick to S4 Hana standard behavior

write functional specification

test solution

train end users

Rigor and structured way of working

Simplification and follow standards oriented

Team player with good communication skills, ability to exchange with various stakeholders from operational level to top management, ability to convince and influence

Fluent in French and English
