At smart Automobile France, we work as a Start-Up.

As a team of 10 people we must act as true Swiss Army Knives with one common objective :
give a new start to our brand and successfully launch our smart #1 and our second vehicle.

We are therefore looking for an apprentice who is able to support the sales department on a daily basis, but whose adaptability and curiosity will enable him/her to support all departments in their daily needs.

Your Tasks

• You provide assistance in daily work and backoffice activities : local activations, media campaigns, PR, website
• You provide support in data collection and documents filling and contracting
• You assist with data analysis and reporting
• You assist in events organization and projects followup
• You assist in content creation and translation
• You have other temporary tasks assigned by supervisor

What you bring along

• You are currently studying in the field of Marketing, Communication
• You have automotive affinity international professional experience would be a plus
• You are teamplayer with strong communication, organization & planning skills
• You have a logical and structured thinking
• You are openminded and flexible
• You have the ability to work under pressure and to solve the problems
• You are familiar with MS Office software, especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• You are fluent in French at a native level and perfectly fluent in English; any other European language is a plus
• You are available for 6 months minimum
