Description

Objective

  • Marketing (Sale & Promotion) of the specific Steel Sheet Pile Solutions (SSPS) offered by AMC-RPS in the designated area of France.
  • Specific focus on the Sale of Combi-Wall systems, foundation piling (tubes) and SSP rentals.

Main responsibilities and activities:


  • Maintain and expand the AM customer relationships in the designated sales region. Regular visits to the key stakeholders in the foundation business.
  • Establish regular market analysis to define the potentials in the various product segments of AMC-RPS.
  • Propose and implement actions to capture the highest possible market share in each segment, and achieve the shipping objectives defined by AMC-RPS.
  • Handle all customer enquiries and establish the most appropriate technical and commercial offers.
  • Determine the best possible pricing structure for each project, collect relevant market information concerning potential competition and alternate solutions offered via the various competing customers.
  • Negotiate the final sales contracts considering the best interests of AMC-RPS regarding financial, legal, logístical and technical interests.
  • Followup on after sales activities (shipments, job site visits, claims handling) up to final payment of the last invoices.
  • Key stakeholder in the promotion of the AMC-RPS Steel Solutions.
  • Close project and market followup and regular sales activity report.
  • Support the Rental Business and sale of used material by active promotion to the customers.
  • Assist the Marketing delegates in promoting specific foundation solutions of AMC-RPS, with special focus on rentals and sales ex stock, maritime and fluvial works, flood protection, breakwater, road works, carparkings, noise barriers, and waste containment structures.
  • Determines annual regional budgets in volume and turnover.
  • Establishes sales objectives by customers & projects.
  • Follows up a shared & detailed project dashboard.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
  • Informs regularly on economic indicators, market and competitors.
  • Works in team with Promotion & Marketing team.
  • Works in team with the backoffice and the customer service.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop;, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Applicants attributes

  • Uninversity Degree in Civil Engineering (M.Sc) or from Business School.
  • Languages: French & English
  • Preferably 5 years experience, especially in steel related business, or construction industry.
  • IT skills : standard office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
