Nemera is pursuing a bold growth ambition for the coming years, requiring a robust and well executed industrial strategy to evolve our Operations (6 plants in 5 countries worldwide + central functions) and deliver on this ambition.


We are recruiting a
Strategy & Transformation Manager F/M/X** to join our Central Operations Teams, based in our headquarters in Lyon (France), to support this effort.

Under the responsibility of the Industrial Strategy and Operations Transformation Director,

  • You will be in charge of the formalization of Nemera's industrial strategy, providing guidelines and analyses to support key strategic decisions required to secure our growth: industrial capacity buildup, specialization strategy for our manufacturing sites, new business allocation, makeorbuy, development of new capabilities
  • You will support the animation of our Operations Transformation roadmap, with central teams and with our 6 manufacturing sites, reinforcing our communication and change management
  • In particular, you will coordinate the transformation roadmap of our brandnew manufacturing site in Szczecin (Poland), in close cooperation with local teams, to ensure successful production rampup and teams upskilling
  • You will lead integration of future acquisitions (M&A), on Operations scope

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

You will be responsible for the following main missions:

  • Structure and formalize Nemera's industrial strategy
  • Drive alignment of all stakeholders (leadership teams at group and plants level, operations teams) on proposed strategy
  • Prepare analyses and tools required to support key decisions regarding Nemera industrial strategy definition and execution
  • Review and update industrial strategy in order to reflect changes in business context
  • Manage adhoc projects related to our industrial strategy implementation, involving both central Operations teams and manufacturing sites
  • Collaborate with our new Polish site (SZC) leadership and management team to successfully execute the plant transformation roadmap (focused on production ramp up, teams upskilling and deployment of Nemera Production Standards)
  • Ensure compliance of our SZC operations to Nemera standards
  • Support steering of SZC transformation (progress tracking, managing interdependencies across streams / projects, monitoring risks & mitigation plans, escalating roadblocks and facilitating issue resolution)
  • Define and execute communication plan to support our operations transformation roadmap
You will be also the privileged link / interface with:

  • Operations Transformation initiative leaders, both in central teams and in manufacturing sites
  • Group Marketing & Strategy, to ensure alignment of industrial strategy to Nemera strategic orientations

PROFILE & EXPERIENCE:


Required experience:

Minimum 6 to 8 years:

  • With a Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5), you have a dual industrial and strategy / management consulting experience
  • As senior consultant or engagement manager, you have contributed to or managed several projects of (a) definition and/or implementation of industrial strategies and (b) implementation of transformation programs
  • You have a deep understanding of operations in a manufacturing company
  • You have demonstrated your ability to drive change and align stakeholders, from leadership to shopfloor positions
  • You master management of projects in multicultural environments
  • Experience in operations in the pharmaceutical industry and work experience in a foreign country would be appreciated

This position requires travelling, up to 25% (mostly to our manufacturing sites). We offer the possibility of working from home 2 days per week.
