We're seeking individuals who live life to discover, who are passionate about their neighborhoods, and who thrive on exploring hidden gems beyond the travel guides.

Join us in creating WOW moments for our guests As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

Greeting and registering guests, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
Guiding guests through local experiences, from shopping to sightseeing, and everything in between.
Surprising our guests with unique welcome experiences and WOW moments during their stay.
Resolving any challenges promptly and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
Handling payments accurately and efficiently.
Communicating effectively with other departments to address guest needs.
Managing various tasks such as mail, luggage handling, and laundry.
Maintaining a positive and outgoing demeanor at all times.

In addition to these responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to attend monthly department meetings and training sessions to further enhance your skills.
