AbbVie France is recruiting an
ACE
project manager Apprentice. The position is to be filled from
September 202 4
for the duration of 12 months.

Reporting to the Business Excellence & ACE transformation function, the ACE project manager will participate in the structuring and deployment of Abbvie France 's A dvanced Customer Experience Transformation journey.

The main activities will be:

Support the Advanced Customer Experience Transformation journey (communication, events, materials )
Definition of the Advanced Customer Experience roadmap & operating model ( governance, processes, capabilities, competencies )
Coordination of internal teams ( business questions / workshops, bidding process, interaction with startups, project roll out, KPI reporting )
Animation of an internal community of experts Take part to the overall animation of the Advanced Customer Experience Transformation journey.
