    Our client, Parfums Christian Dior, is deploying an ambitious acceleration strategy on client centricity. One of the key factors in the success of this strategy is the ability to make the most of customer data to be able to seamlessly operate hyper-targeted, hyper-personalized customer activations.

    The ambition, made possible by the reinforcement of Data capabilities at regional level, is to:

    • analyze and interpret customer data to drive informed business decisions for CRM and E-business teams and contribute to enhance brand performance, optimizing customer experience, and driving growth
    • help the markets in the region to accelerate on the Global data-driven activation initiatives and collaborate closely with Global Data&Client activation teams to take advantage of the advanced capabilities developed in HQ
    • bring the markets in the region to adopt more and more mature usages of Data, strengthening the collaboration with the global teams and the Global LVMH Data Community to instill Data culture within the company

    To achieve this ambition, the Europe e-Business team is looking for a Senior Data Analyst .

    YOUR MISSION ____________

    Reporting to Europe e-Business Director, you will be key contributor in the Europe region on Data Acceleration for Parfums Christian Dior.

    Carry out ad hoc studies at regional and local level using customer data:

    • Perform advanced data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to sales and customer behavior
    • Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand the impact of marketing campaigns, product launches, and generosity strategies on brand performance
    • Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to optimize CRM, Retail, Media and E-business efforts, improve customer experience and drive revenue growth
    • Contribute to the excitement on the Data Accelerator program communicating the insights and results from the AI use cases deployed by the markets in the region

    Develop region or market specific reporting and visualization leveraging global BI tools:

    • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate data-driven insights to regional and local teams
    • Develop and maintain regular performance reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing updates on brand performance
    • Support the development of a data-driven mindset and habits across CRM, Retail, Media and E-business teams of the markets in the region ensuring adoption of regional and global tools

    Ensure data consistency across the region:

    • Ensure local and global data governance practices are followed, including data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations
    • Implement data quality checks, validate data accuracy, and raise any data-related issues or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders at local or global level

    Champion the adoption of data and generative AI across the organization:

    • Identify use cases for the adoption of data and generative AI across the organization
    • Collaborate with business units to identify and implement AI-driven solutions
    • Monitor the impact of data and AI initiatives on business outcomes

    WHO ARE YOU ? _________

    • Bachelor's degree in data science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the beauty or luxury industry. Experience in Web Analytics is a plus.
    • Experience in CRM, Marketing or E-commerce with knowledge of CRM systems, E-commerce platforms, and digital marketing analytics is highly appreciated.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze complex data sets using statistical tools and programming languages (e.g. Excel, GCP, SQL, Dataiku)
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) to create visually appealing and impactful reports.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
    • Familiarity with data modeling and database management concepts
    • Experience in using collaborative ticket management platforms (eg. Jira, Asana)
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy and quality.
    • Fluent in English (working language).
