Your challenge:

  • Implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects, identifying their needs and offering solutions
  • Generate and follow up on leads to expand the customer base
  • Plan and execute product demonstrations, tastings, and events to promote Redefine Meat products
  • Provide ongoing customer support, addressing questions and concerns, and resolving issues as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams within Redefine Meat including marketing and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using company systems and tools
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide insights and recommendations to the team

What you'll need:

  • 23 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and meat industry
  • Bachelor's degree in gastronomy, business, marketing, or another related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the French landscape, including the culinary scene and customer preferences
  • Experience launching new products into the market and the ability to develop innovative sales strategies to promote them
  • Customerfocused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box
  • Willingness to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Fluent in French and English
