Your challenge:
- Implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects, identifying their needs and offering solutions
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand the customer base
- Plan and execute product demonstrations, tastings, and events to promote Redefine Meat products
- Provide ongoing customer support, addressing questions and concerns, and resolving issues as needed
- Collaborate with other teams within Redefine Meat including marketing and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using company systems and tools
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide insights and recommendations to the team
What you'll need:
- 23 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and meat industry
- Bachelor's degree in gastronomy, business, marketing, or another related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the French landscape, including the culinary scene and customer preferences
- Experience launching new products into the market and the ability to develop innovative sales strategies to promote them
- Customerfocused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box
- Willingness to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Fluent in French and English
