Trade Marketing Executive On Trade


Within the Trade Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of activation strategies for our portfolio of brands with our clients.


We are looking for an individual who is eager to contribute to the creation of a robust activation plan aligned with our key sales moments, and impactful advertising materials to showcase our brands in the field.

Project management, advertising material creation, and budget monitoring will be second nature to you.

The role:

  • Strategy:
  • Contribute to the development of the Trade Marketing activation plan (Game Plan) in collaboration with internal ABinBev teams, aligning with brand priorities and key sales moments.-
  • Creativity:
  • Generate impactful advertising materials and activations in collaboration with external agencies (briefing, validation of visuals by marketing and legal teams).-
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee projects from start to finish (creation of elements, ordering, managing delivery timelines, storage, and dispatch to the field).-
  • Analyze the post-performance of created materials (ROI, utilization rates, field feedback).-
  • Budget Management:
  • Construct and monitor the budget throughout the year.-
  • Improve budget tracking processes.-
  • Participate in end-of-month budget closing.-
  • Internal Collaboration:
  • Maintain regular contact with sales teams to understand field needs.-
  • Implement projects for clients with key accounts, understanding the challenges of retailers/distributors.-
  • Develop shelf-back materials and analyses with Category Managers.-
  • Monitor budget with the finance department.-
  • External Collaboration:
  • Liaise with external agencies for the development of advertising materials.-
  • Brief agencies and maintain regular contact with our logistics provider to manage storage and ensure the dispatch of advertising materials to clients or sales teams

Who we're looking for:

  • At least 23 years of experience in Trade Marketing or similar.
  • Understanding of the field and the challenges faced by our clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and great commercial skills.
