Main Role:

The main responsibility of this position is to repair the products developed by Creaform: HandySCAN, HandyPROBE, MetraSCAN, etc.


Tasks and responsibilities:


  • Diagnose the problems when a customer unit is returned
  • Evaluate the repairs to be done and provide information to the Customer Service Department before submission
  • Perform repairs, calibrations and tests of products according to established procedures and standards
  • Participate in the improvement of products by reporting any irregularities to Customer Service and R&D

Requirements:


  • Have a BAC+2 in the field of mechanics and/or electronics
  • Good knowledge of computer tools (Office365)
  • Professional command of French and English, both oral and written
