Airbus Helicopters is looking for a
Junior Configuration Manager for NH90 Contracts (f/m) to join our Configuration Management Operations department based in
Marignane, France.
You will be part of a team managing the overall NH90 helicopter design configuration.

As part of the NH90 Configuration Control team, you will be particularly involved in all configuration activities from contract signature till helicopter delivery.

In this function you will have permanent exchanges and interfaces with Program, Chief Engineer, Design Lead Function, Airworthiness and Industry departments.

Your challenges:

Analyze the configuration contracted by the customers in serial or retrofit context
Initiate and maintain the design configuration all along its life cycle (from contract kickoff till helicopter delivery)
Follow the Change activities linked to the contracts (changes breakdown, validation and followup, Change Board validation)
Ensure particular attention for key milestones, as Industrial Gates, differents internal reviews... for which your participation and your inputs would be needed
Support Industry, particularly for Delta analysis activities
Establish the perimeter, the list of modifications to be built, as well as the associated plans, for each targeted helicopter
Contribute to numerous continuous improvement projects as part of the NH90 CM digital strategy

Your profile:

1 to 3 years of professional experience in complex industrial environment (aerospace, automotive)
Rigor, good communication and leadership
Real interest for digital solutions and continuous improvement mindset
French (fluent) and professional level in English
Basic knowledge of Helicopter systems would be a plus

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
