About the Role and the Team

  • Are you driven by developing and managing client relationships by delivering outstanding customer experience? Do you have a couple of years' experience within advertising or tech industry? Your responsibilities

  • Lead some of our most relevant Clients in a strategic and structured manner and manage and develop your relationship with them
  • Deliver revenue growth for Adform by engaging agency and enterprise customers to adopt additional components of Adform's fullstack technology platform in Austria and Switzerland
  • Deliver revenue objectives quarterly and annually through personal effort and with team members with maintaining your opportunity pipeline using provided sales management systems
  • Ensure that Clients gets best in class Service and support, deliver a superior customer experience through cooperation with other teams within the Company
  • Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends, events and clients prospects
  • Engage clients about all Adform products and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives and ensure their understanding of all products
  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders and provide structured feedback about your Clients and market
  • Support the onboarding process of new Clients

We expect you

  • A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills
  • Minimum 35 years of experience within the (online) advertising or adtech industry
  • Experience of running accounts / client relationship management
  • Comfortable presenting solutions and upselling to clients
  • Excellent communication skills (both with clients and within the team)
  • Strong skills in building relationship & clientoriented attitude
  • Proactivity, problemsolving ability
  • Great match to
