Notre client est une entreprise spécialisée dans les solutions techniques liées à la sécurité incendie et au désenfumage. Reconnue pour son expertise et la qualité de ses prestations, elle accompagne ses clients de la conception jusqu'à la réalisation et au suivi des installations. Dans le cadre de son développement, elle recrute un Technico-Commercial spécialiste du désenfumage pour la zone Nord de la France. En tant que Technico-Commercial, vous êtes le représentant de l'entreprise auprès des clients et assurez le développement commercial tout en garantissant l'expertise technique des projets. À ce titre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes : - Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients sur votre secteur - Analyser les besoins clients et proposer des solutions techniques adaptées en désenfumage - Réaliser les relevés terrain et établir les devis de maintenance et de travaux - Piloter les affaires de A à Z : de la commande à la facturation, jusqu'à la garantie de parfait achèvement - Coordonner les équipes internes et les éventuels sous-traitants - Assurer le suivi des chantiers, la réception des travaux et la satisfaction client - Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité, des procédures qualité et des exigences réglementaires - Assurer le suivi économique des affaires et être force de proposition dans l'amélioration des process
