About PASQAL
PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools.


In addition to the exceptional computing power they provide, QPUs are highly energy efficient and will contribute to a significant reduction in the carbon footprint of the HPC industry.


As Administrative Assistant and within the Business Development team, you will support a dynamic team with the responsibility for co-developing our presence in Saudia Arabia.


Your missions will be as follows:

  • Managing administrative relations with the Saudi Arabia government institutions
  • Assisting sales engineering with the distribution process
  • Participate in innovative product development projects
  • Produce Term Sheets and sales pitches
  • Helping Regional Sales Manager in her daytoday work
  • Assist internal project development missions
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Compiling monthly sales reports
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested

About you


You hold a master's degree in business administration or similar background, you are willing to travel for work as part of conferences, traid show, etc.


and you have the following skills:

Soft skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dynamic, reactive and good adaptability skills

Hard skills:
-
English and Arabic fluency (spoken and written)

  • Good command of the Office Suite
  • SalesForce experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Saudi government platforms is a plus
