We are looking for a
Juriste droit commercial - H/F in 113 Route de Paris, TASSIN-LA-DEMI-LUNE 69160 FRA.

Your mission will be to:

The context of your position
***We are looking for a Contract/Business Lawyer, on a permanent contract, as of June 1, 2023 to join our Legal & Compliance team composed of twelve members of different nationalities located in Europe, the United States and South America.

This position is based in Tassin la Demi-Lune (suburb of Lyon, 69) and is open to our telecommuting policy (2 days/week).

Your main missions
- ****Under the responsibility of the Legal Director Europe, you will join a team of four members supporting the eleven countries of the European zone of our Group.

You will provide day-to-day and strategic legal support primarily to our entities in France, in collaboration with local external counsel where necessary.

You will be required to work on global initiatives and to support other countries in the Europe zone depending on the evolution of the needs and organization of the legal team.

You will be responsible for the following main tasks:

analysis, drafting, negotiation and validation of customer and supplier contracts

- training of sales teams in contractual negotiation techniques;
- taking care of the legal documentation relating to the delegation of powers, the approval of annual accounts,
- amendments to the articles of association, recapitalization operations or sales of shares;
- drafting and monitoring of commercial leases and management leases;
assisting the teams in the management of any pre-litigation and commercial disputes;

YOUR PROFILE

You have a French or foreign Master's degree in Business and Corporate Law, with a commercial law option, a DJCE and/or a CAPA.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or in an international group.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is imperative to succeed in this international context. Fluency in a third language would be a plus.
The ability to work in project mode with internal and external contacts of different nationalities, a sense of contact, communication and service, curiosity, reactivity and versatility are essential for success in this mission.
Critical analysis of the problems raised and the provision of adequate and pragmatic solutions are also key.
