SUPPLY CHAIN ASSISTANT M/F***❶ OUR MISSION

automotive, aeronautics, luxury or consumer electronics. We are here to help the industry reduce its carbon footprint by
providing alternatives to carbon-emissive materials. We strive to produce renewable materials from regenerative forestry.
Woodoo has won more than 40 major international and national awards (from MIT, World Economic Forum, Horizon
H2020, Solar Impulse Foundation ).

❷ As part of our business development, we are looking for a
Supply Chain intern (6 months internship).
You will work mainly on the aspects of purchasing, supply, inventory management, shipping, transport.
à Management of the product flow from the arrival of raw materials to the loading of finished products
à Inventory management (inventories, updating of management software)
à Ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging within the deadlines set to ensure the defined production plans

(traceability)
à Establish, submit and follow the supply plan, coordinate the supply chain (packaging, shipping, tendering, transport of

wood and finished products, claims...)
à Alert the business department on the actions to be implemented in case of production hazards
à Coordinate operational logistics activities
à Create and optimize strategic tools internally

❸ YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
à You are a Supply Chain student with knowledge of wood (BAC +3/+4), Engineering school or University
à You have solid knowledges of logistic
à You are familiar with Excel, Microsoft, PackOffice
à Knowledge of customs would be a plus
à Initiative, autonomy, rigor, good resistance to stress, good internal and external communication are part of your DNA
