You will be responsible for delivering both on a 5yr strategic plan, but also on more strategic short-term actions to ensure execution.

You will work well in a collaborative environment, where you will often take the lead in a situation to speed the resolution, delegating tasks in some cases, understanding key stakeholders, and accepting and managing through the challenges of capacity.

It would be expected that you are a natural leader and manage cross functionally for the business to succeed.

Including but not limited to:

  • You should have a keen eye for organization and prioritization, taking on a lead role in taking EMEA Connectors to star level 3 TEOA in an accelerated time period, and be a standout for other teams.
  • You understand how to maximize profitability. Working closely with the sales team, you need to focus on the critical wins developing both an NPI but also driving any longerterm technology requirements to achieve step change in your product performance and have a natural willingness to beat competition.
  • You need to both grasp the fundamentals of export control, but also other defining principles, whether this is government rated order, ITAR, or specific to government audits. You need to understand the challenges of the DGA rated parts, how we can support them, and some of the history of the Evreux site in various product areas.

  • You will have responsibility for a defined set of product line, defining it's future, and you should be able to help others build out a better reporting structure to help the growth of the team.

What your background should look like:

  • 5+ years of product management or sales experience, additional MBA preferred
  • Relevant product or industry experience desired.
  • You should understand technical data, engineering, and projects but also how an existing portfolio needs managing through the lifecycle, and you may need work to reshape it for the future.
  • Technically you are strong, and willing to learn more. You should be in position to be at a customer on your own and understand the requirements they have, to then translate to what engineering can offer.
  • You will be able to understand the overall strategy of Aerospace and Defense, and how this can then be reflected in the products.
