- En phase amont (planification stratégique) :
- Assurer l'étude des délais, des principes de phasage/organisation de chantier et des contraintes du projet (techniques, administratives, règlementaires, fonctionnelles).
- Réaliser le planning directeur des études & des travaux ainsi que la cinématique de réalisation/organisation de chantier.
- En phase conception :
- Elaborer les documents en cohérence avec les dossiers APS, APD puis DCE (Planning général études & travaux, principe de phasage et d'organisation de chantier, notice d'organisation de chantier).
- En phase réalisation :
- Mettre en place les plannings de référence détaillés études & travaux, puis les documents de suivi (planning, reporting, tableau de bord) et de coordination (cahier de phasage des travaux).
- Participer à l'analyse des enjeux et des risques liés au respect des délais.

La Branche "Planification & Organisation" d'ARTELIA est composée d'une équipe d'environ 60 collaborateurs qui se concentre sur la planification, les phasages, les méthodes, l'organisation de chantiers, le pilotage et l'OPC-IC.
Ses domaines d'intervention sont diversifiés : bâtiments (bureaux, centres commerciaux, IGH, hôtels, aéroports, etc.), infrastructures ferroviaires (SMR, gares, techni-centres, etc.) et aménagement urbain.
Vos missions :
Qualifications
Titulaire d'une formation BAC+2 minimum avec une spécialité en bâtiment / génie civil, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans la planification de projets de bâtiments. Vous êtes force de proposition, capable de proposer des variantes techniques pour réduire les délais et de défendre vos idées. Vous possédez une vision globale de la réalisation d'un projet ainsi qu'une maîtrise des chemins critiques d'une opération ou d'un ensemble d'opérations. Les qualités requises incluent un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, de l'écoute, un bon esprit d'équipe, de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles (production de notes et comptes rendus) et un bon relationnel pour animer des réunions.
