Payroll
Prepares permanent payroll data (length of service, paid leave) and variable payroll data (profit sharing, premiums, overtime, sick leave).
Fills in mandatory reporting (Dadsu, training, apprenticeship, handicapped employees
Is the contact person with the payroll vendor and the Payroll Centre of Expertise (Glasgow)
Personnel administration
Takes care of complying to labour law and to internal rules (working time).
Complies to collective labour agreements and corporate agreements.
Follows up all processes relating to working time (absenteeism, presence, flexible working, remote working) and related impact.
Is the contact person for social bodies: healthcare, social security, labour doctor, retirement administration
Prepares all regulatory documents relating to personnel administration: employment contracts, addenda, termination documents, employees enrollment to healthcare, retirement, life/disability insurance,.
Checks and manages payroll and personnel administration invoices.
Statutory and internal reporting
Puts together and updates all social dashboards: absenteeism, wage bill, paid and unpaid leaves, accidents, work permits.
Puts together and updates internal social dashboards: headcount, turn-over, diversity
Analyses collected data.
Puts together and updates the BDESE and the corporate social report.
Puts together and updates all reports to be provided to the French Works Council.
Employment law/regulation watch
Social watch on overall legal obligations relating to payroll and personnel administration.
Implement necessary adjustments and changes relating to personnel administration (medical visits, medical check-up, healthcare
QUALIFICATIONS
- What we're looking for:
Seasoned personnel administrator
Human Resources mindset
Ideally with an experience in the investment banking industry, law firms or consulting firms
French native speaker and fluent in English
Organized, team player, selfless, solution-oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and matrix organisations
