You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**- _

Social Learning :
Social Media_

- _ Create and develop Sephora University's Social Learning strategy for 2024 and onwards._
- _ Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily on Instagram (ex: text, photos, reels, videos and news)_
- _ Work on creating weekly & monthly reports to be sent to internal & external stakeholders._
- _ Generate weekly & monthly KPIs to be shared with the brands & related stakeholders_
- _ Communicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner_
- _ Stay up to date with current technologies & trends in social media_
- _ Collaborate with the brands and with Sephora university retqil experts in order to develop the best educational content that is adapted to our needs_
- _ Create a monthly business oriented social learning calendar including brands, client experience axis, country best practices, expert communities and artistry._
- _ Work hand in hand with the Social Media EME team in order to be coherent with Sephora's overall social strategy._
- _ Establish a Tiktok Learning strategy and launch & develop the account in accordance with the strategy._
- _ Manage the EME Expert communities in digital and social learning scope:_
- _ Continue to develop the current communities through a regular/continuous digital/social agenda (challenges, content development, pop up sessions, etc)_
- _ Maintain to run the new coming development rounds for the upcoming communities meeting with the trends and learning expectations_
- _ Launch the new EME Digital Squad Program and support the program with the expected guidelines collaboratively with EME Social Media Team._

- _ Ability to communicate with country representatives, trainers and team members in an international context_
- _ At ease to create relationships in the building to promote SU EME_
- _ English - excellent level written and spoken_
- _ At ease with PPT, Excel, Teams_
- _ EME Communication skills with country stakeholders and trainers_
