Requirements**:

Salesforce Admin Certification, previous experience with Sales Cloud, very good command of English.

Project description:


  • The role reports to the Salesforce Lead, together with one Midlevel Salesforce Admin and a Junior CRM and Automations Administrator (not specialized in Salesforce),
  • The Team works closely with two Product Managers that are in charge of stakeholders communication,
  • The project is currently estimated for about 6 months+,

Requirements:


Must-haves:


  • Salesforce Admin certification,
  • Previous experience with Sales Cloud, Process Builder and Flows,
  • Very good command of English spoken and written (at least B2+ level),

Nice to have:


  • Additional Certifications for Salesforce,
  • Experience with APEX,
  • Experience with Hubspot,
  • Very good command of German spoken and written.

What are the responsibilities of a Salesforce Admin:

  • Working on simple support requests (account merges, validations errors, mass uploads into Salesforce, cleanups, etc.),
  • Lightweight implementations of defined tasks (adjustment of specific conditions in Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows, (APEX)),
  • More complex adjustments based on technical requirements (Migrations of logics from Process Builder to Flows, Integration of multiple logics into a single Flow, Dynamic Forms/Layouts, Lightning Pages etc.),
  • Complex adjustment and Setup of new logic based on user stories,
  • Full investigations of current setup within Salesforce but also other integrated tools such as Zapier, Hubspot, Aircall etc.,
  • Troubleshooting and testing,
  • Support in definition of best practices,
