Description
The Legal Counsel will play a critical role in providing legal guidance and support for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and contributing to the company's mission of sustainable energy development.
Contract Drafting and Negotiation:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements relevant to renewable energy projects, including land leases, power purchase agreements (PPAs), construction contracts, and supplier agreements.
Strong knowledge of French laws and regulations relevant to renewable energy development, including environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and energy laws.
Experience drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly in the renewable energy sector.Familiarity with international renewable energy laws and best practices.
Proficiency in English and/or other languages relevant to the company's operations.
