YOUR TASKS
The main task will be to support the Senior I&C Manager in supervising work at the offshore terminal during quayside and offshore operations.
The scope of supervision will cover all operations carried out at the offshore terminal by the teams (maintenance teams, engineering teams) and by subcontractors.
On each operation assigned, the main tasks will be (among others):
- Manage the processes for delivering and transferring equipment to the Producer/Customer platform
- Manage the Permits to Work processes issued by the Customer/Producer for work on the platform
- Lead the preparation of operations
- Ensure that deliverables from service providers are compliant, prepared and validated on time
- Ensure that personnel and (transport) equipment are ready for mobilization on time
- Ensure that the prerequisites requested by the customer are compliant, prepared and validated on time
- Direct the execution of platform operations to ensure that they are carried out correctly, by regularly visiting the site and involving the project's support functions (HSE, contract management, PMO, quality, document management)
- Ensure inspection with the customer for the transfer of equipment and validate the transfer certificates
- Ensuring that operations on the Platform are reported to Project Management and Batch Leaders
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- 4/5 years of higher education (engineering or postgraduate diploma, ideally specializing in maritime engineering)
- Significant experience of working on offshore platforms, if possible in cable hookup operations
- Significant experience in lowvoltage commissioning operations in the oil&gas or renewable energy sectors
- Good understanding of technical and contractual interfaces
- Ability to defend the company's interests in a relationship with the customer
- Ability to manage and coordinate teams
- GWO Basic Safety Training and H0V-B0 accreditation (mandatory)
- Mastery of HV and LV is a plus (good knowledge of LV required as a minimum)
