Overview/Internship Summary

Ø The topic of the internship takes part in a context of improvement of automated data collection tools to evaluate our embedded ultrasound sensor solutions.

The trainee will aim to create a solution based on python modules and video cameras, used for tracking, in order to extract different information (position of object/human elements, or distance between moving objects) and thus facilitate the creation of new data collections.

Ø The internship will cover all phases of software development, as well as a characterization study of the solution.

Ø The trainee will take place within the R&D Department, in the 'SwQA - Test Automation and System Validation' team.

Internship details

Ø The trainee will be responsible for creating an automated information measurement solution, extracted from moving objects in a scene captured by a video camera.

Ø The solution should be based with python libraries, in order to automate the annotation of data collection, and to be integrated into existing or new projects.

Ø The trainee will have to study the context of use, learn about the state of the art, specify the needs and follow the development process set up in the company.

Ø He will have to implement, characterize, validate the solution, and show the possibilities and / or limitations of this solution.

Qualifications

Ø Human skills:
