Job Responsibilities:

  • Working as the contact window of internal and external customers for daily logistics operation;
  • Cooridinating vendors to solve the operation issues in a timely manner to ensure the customers' satisfication;
  • Monitoring the SLA/KPI of warehousing and distribution and drive operation team for continuous improvement;

Job Requirements:
1. 2 years of experience in warehousing and distribution operation management in France or other European market. Ecommerce logistics as a plus.


  • Excellent coordination capability between customer and suppliers;
  • Fluent in Chinese and French is needed. English as a plus.
