POSITION
You'll be responsible for:
As part of the Global Talent team, and reporting to the VP Global Talent, you will play a key role in accelerating the House's ability to develop the best talent in all our businesses.
Your Key Missions:
Partner with Business Leaders to evaluate business requirements:
- You will identify and implement
the best talent development strategies for all House's Business Units, in line with the
House's business objectives and the Group's talent development strategy
- You will identify, implement and manage
appropriate performance indicators. - You will coordinate
performance appraisal campaigns for the entire House. - You will participate in discussions on improving
the House's mobility processes
- You will participate in the
House's annual organizational review (OMR), by reviewing talents, positions and succession plans. - Optimize and monitor
tools and partners.
Monitor the Early Carer Professionals Population:
- You will build and monitor
the House's Talent Communities and Graduate Programs
- You will contribute to building and leading an
internal community of Talent Development and Early Career Professionals ambassadors in the various regions.
Management:
- You will manage the team (7) in charge of recruiting interns and apprentices for the House, and in charge of their development and transformation into "Early Career Professionals".
PROFILE
- You have at least 12 years' experience in talent development and/or related functions within Human Resources, ideally with experience in an international group.
- You are curious and openminded. You demonstrate interest in the Luxury, Retail and Fashion industries, as well as in HR modernization and recruitment innovation issues.
- You are team oriented and have the ability to interact with senior stakeholders in Europe, Asia and Americas
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have a clear understanding of working in a highly demanding, fastgrowing environment.
- You have the ability to imagine new ways of operating and lead change.
- You are details oriented and have knowledge in budgetary tools implement and monitor appropriate key performance indicators.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You have previously managed a team of at least 5 collaborators.
