Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with a strong hands-on experience building AI systems (RAG, Agentic RAG, tasks/workflows automation). You'll play a key role in designing and implementing reliable, scalable AI systems to handle complex tasks,with emphasis on monitoring, logging, alerting, testing and performance optimization.
- You have experience working in small fast-moving teams where initiative urgency and ownership are critical.
- You have actively participated in architecting building shipping AI systems to production using modern frameworks (we currently use LangChain/Smith/Graph - TS libraries).
- You understand and have experience with Error Analysis (Evals) and how to identify formalize prioritize tackle related tasks.
