  • variety of real estate sectors across the returns spectrum (core, value-add, opportunistic)
- different structures (asset and share deals, operating platforms, alternative lending)
- across the life cycle of the underlying assets, including developments

QUALIFICATIONS

  • What will you be doing?
  • In this role you will have the opportunity to:
  • Be an integral part of the acquisition team, thoroughly evaluate new investment opportunities and to conduct in-depth sector research and analysis
  • Model financial projections, perform scenario analysis and stress tests
  • Develop views on valuation and resulting returns
  • Compose and present investment memos and presentations
  • Steer the conduct due diligence process on acquisition opportunities
  • Contribute to the French market coverage interacting with real estate brokers
  • Support the monitoring of the business plan execution of the acquired assets, portfolios and portfolio companies and recommend asset management initiatives
  • Evaluate strategic options and exit scenarios
  • Manage relationships with external management teams and operating partners
  • Provide support to the investor relations effort
  • Motivate, train and coach junior team members
  • What we're looking for:
  • Strong academic credentials from a leading university; ideally with specialisation in Finance, Real Estate or a related field
  • Substantial experience in a similar role within real estate private equity at a leading real estate organization, real estate private equity fund or investment bank
  • Extensive analytical and financial skills combined with in depth real estate and capital market knowledge
  • Skills that will help you in the role:
  • Track-record of being proactive, self-motivated and result oriented
  • Outstanding commercial acumen, high degree of attention to detail and ease with numbers including strong financial modelling capabilities
  • Fluent in French and English, additional European languages are desirable
  • Certified Persons Regulatory Requirements:
  • This role is deemed as a Certified role and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
