About the Role


As an Enterprise Sales person, you will play a key role in growing our network of clients from scratch and quickly establishing a strong presence in Paris.

You will be one of the first joiners of a rapidly growing team with big ambitions.

We're looking for an outgoing and commercial individual who thrives on building relationships and wants to make a concrete, measurable impact.

As a valued member of our team, you'll report directly to the General Manager of France and work closely with the rest of your team to drive Temper to the next level.


This is a dynamic role with significant growth potential, offering the opportunity to take ownership of your work and make a meaningful impact.

What you'll be doing on a typical work day

  • Developing an understanding of various industry/clients' staffing needs and assessing how Temper fits in;
  • Research, prospect and sell new clients in the Hospitality, Retail and Logistics industries, in Paris;
  • Manage your own opportunities by utilizing CRM and outreach tools and resources to cultivate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline;
  • Onboard new clients and set them up for success on Temper with the prospect of getting them to adopt Temper as their preferred staffing solution;
  • Regularly communicate successes and roadblocks to your team to better inform the sales strategy, goals and targets;
  • Develop creative, fun, and innovative ways to connect and build out your relationships with potential partners and share across the team;
  • Maintaining highvolume weekly KPIs and metrics in order to achieve monthly sales goals.
This role is a good fit if you

  • Have demonstrable experience in relevant commercial positions (preferably in online marketplaces and/or selling to brickandmortar businesses);
  • Have a handson mentality and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to go from 0 to 1;
  • Gained knowledge of using software such as Asana and Salesforce;
  • Have an ability to translate data insight into concrete plans;
  • Are fluent in French and English;
