One of our customers in the Energy sector has announced the creation of new entities in recent months.

As part of this project, we are looking for an IT Integration Manager to reinforce the team already in place.

The main responsibilities of an IT Integration Manager are as follows

Perform due diligence:

The IT integration manager is responsible for carrying out an in-depth analysis of the target company's IT systems and infrastructure, in order to identify any potential risks or problems.

Develop integration plans:

The IT integration manager is responsible for developing a comprehensive integration plan for the target company's IT systems and infrastructure.

This includes identifying any necessary system changes or upgrades, and establishing an implementation schedule.

Manage the integration process:

The IT integration manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the integration plan, ensuring that all systems are properly integrated and operating as intended.

Ensure compliance:

The IT Integration Manager is responsible for ensuring that all IT systems and infrastructures comply with cybersecurity standards, and that any necessary changes are made to ensure compliance.

Communicating with stakeholders:

The IT integration Manager must communicate regularly with stakeholders, including senior management, IT staff, and other departments, to ensure that everyone is informed of the progress of the integration process and any issues that arise.

Mission based in Nanterre (92) with partial remote._

Profile

You have an engineering degree or a BAC+4/5 in IS.
10+ years' experience in IT and project management

- good oral and written communication skills, with sufficient technical competence to communicate effectively with engineers, define the scope of technical projects and identify technical risks
- good organizational and interpersonal skills, with experience of leading activities in large organizations.
- ability to work independently and communicate across time zones.

PMP / PRINCE
Involved in at least one case of integrating a thirdparty company into a new IT environment.
Experience in IT project management
ITIL V4 certification would be appreciated
English : fluent
