Job Description Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join GE Aerospace and manage the partnership we have with Safran Aircraft Engines for the RSP programs (GE90, CF6, GP7, GE9X, LM6000 and LM9000) within the Materials Value Stream

Manage the SAE account and relationship for the RSP programs (GE90, CF6, GP7, GE9X, LM6000 and LM9000) within the Materials Value Stream

• Drive SAE delivery performance:
• Drive SAE to achieve the delivery targets to support both assembly and spares
• Ensure SAE 13 weeks commits are shared with GE US fulfilment team and properly allocated through standard operating rhythm
• Expedite SAE deliveries into ERL and ensure timely resolution of any logistic issues
• Identify with SAE the delivery issues and drive SAE recovery and get well plans to support business targets, sharing the performance with the extended team through a weekly scorecard
• Monitor RSP parts coverage
• Check engine coverage / onhand qty
• Monitor Receipt / Stock / Inventory Adjustments at GE warehouse in US
• Monitor material Inventory transactions at GE warehouse
• Resolve inventory discrepancies with Warehouse inventory team in US
• Serial Number tracking of RSP parts (delivery/assembly)
• Communicate with Program Management, Global Fulfillment team, RSP Planning team, Assembly Shop, Quality, Sourcing in US to support fulfillment of RSP parts
• Summarize and report the latest status of critical parts to US
• Chair a regular conference call
• Publish a weekly scorecard SAE performance
• Facilitate / Ensure S&OP (Sales & Operation, Planning) process to properly translate revised engine build plans into SAE production plan
• Expedite disposition of case record (quality ticket) of nonconformances of RSP parts
• Support Annual Inventory Reconciliation of RSP parts (once a year)
• Drive SAE accountability into fulfilling its contractual obligations towards GE
• Foster GE/SAE partnership:
• Foster trustful and collaborative relationship between GE and SAE teams, driving operating rhythm with key stakeholders at all levels of both organizations
• Weekly GE-SAE program and fulfillment process review
• Weekly GE-SAE Supplychain leadership call
• Foster proactive issue solving versus reactive, suggest digital reporting tools improvements / build mockup if needed, lead Problem Solving activities to improve delivery metrics as required (e

g:
Workstops, Customer Service Level, or sellable Delinquency)

• Support GE and SAE efforts in connecting further the ERP systems to ensure Business continuity, reduce manual workload and improve transparency and data accuracy

This role does not involve price/contact negotiation and commercial transaction. All material transactions between RSP partners and GE are governed by RSP Agreements made between two parties.


Required Qualifications:

• Good understanding of the supply chain and materials management
• This role requires an experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution.

• Knowledge on other languages such as French, German, etc.
• Flexibility to travel to the US and different locations as required

SAE RSP Materials Account Manager - FRENCH
