The Originator Intern will strengthen the Corporate team.

The main mission will be to support the Corporate Coverage relationship managers for French subsidiaries of international Corporate clients and prospects.

We are looking for an intern for 6 months starting July 2024.

Your key responsibilities

Main role and responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Assisting relationship manager in business origination across DB's solutions,
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders (Corporate Finance, Derivatives, RMS & Transaction Banking),
  • Making sure to have daily interactions and support of our Deutsche Bank Global relationship manager internationally for the origination effort and implementation of transactions,
  • Supporting the team with financial analysis for credit, risk assessment and analytical support for clients,
  • Assisting with establishing NCA and maintaining KYC profiles and other required client information in accordance with Deutsche Bank's policies and procedures,
  • Maintaining regular and frequent dialogue with product partners across Deutsche Bank's global network,
  • Making presentations to support Deutsche Bank's marketing effort and client pitches.
Your skills and experience

  • Must be eligible to work in France;
  • Good verbal and written communication capabilities in French and English is mandatory;
  • Gap year or final internship;
  • Strong commitment and autonomy;
  • Team player;
  • Strong interest and knowledge in financial product and industry;
  • Client oriented;
  • Good spirit of analysis, synthesis and rigour.
