Mission:
Join us as a Corporate Development Project Manager to lead crossfunctional projects such as managing and integrating highstakes Mamp;A projects at Qonto contributing to Qontos success Under the guidance of this new team member will be in charge of transformational initiatives to ensure a robust corporate setup and build internal knowledge while scaling the organization
As a Corporate Development Project Manager at Qonto you will: Lead and execute major corporate development projects from A to Z including postmerger integrations Collaborate effectively with various departments Strategy Legal Finance Growth Product People etc to ensure organizational alignment execution and ultimately project success Drive strategic problemsolving across business functions enhancing our capability to tackle complex challenges Develop and refine project management methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes

About your future manager:
has over a decade of experience in strategic roles within the banking and fintech sectors He has a strong focus on strategic execution while maintaining attention to detail and pragmatism Committed to fostering a learning environment and encouraging team members to take initiative and grow their professional skills

About You:
Proven experience in leading largescale corporate development projects ideally in postmerger integrations preferably in Fintech SaaS companies Business Consultancies or Financial Services industries Strong analytical skills curiosity and a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects and make datadriven decisionsExcellent communicator with a proven track record of successful crossfunctional collaboration in a scaleup and international environment Knowledge of financial regulations and product and tech would be highly appreciated Fluent in English with proficiency in another European language French German Italian or Spanish being highly advantageous
