Our company today

PredictCan Biotechnologies is at its development stage. Our first product, named GenuineSelect-TOX, is a human-derived multicellular spheroid system for the detection and the analysis of DILI (Cherradi et al., 2023. In vitro models.

This innovative model is superior in term of sensitivity and specificity to existing preclinical models including organoids, primary human hepatocytes, and even animal models.

The product is currently at early sale phase, and we are now offering service activities.


We are a multidisciplinary team of different nationalities, with a deep expertise in precision medicine, and passionate about our mission.

Tasks

What do we offer?


We are looking for our Sales Manager to ensure our national and international development by promoting and selling this new product and its service activity.


Our Sales Manager will also have to create and to maintain a new community of customers in link with our Scientific Directors.

We offer a competitive salary + social security and medical care packages.


Your main responsibilities are:


  • Analyze our market segmentation and subsegmentation
  • Lead, plan, and develop the sales activity of the company
  • Organize selling campaign of GenuineSelect-TOX (product + service activity)
  • Design, enforce, and continuously enhance our sells process
  • Manage the business relationship with our customers and maintain good relationships for longterm perspectives.
  • Manage a budget and provide reliable forecasts
  • Contribute to build and to animate PredictCan Biotechnologies community by generating contents, and by sharing experiences
  • Collaborate closely with the R&D team by providing market needs and feedback from customers
  • Participate to events and conferences to promote the company and the products.

Requirements:


Your profile:


  • You have worked in the preclinical market ecosystem for at least 5 years
  • You have experience in human 3D preclinical models (culture + testing)
  • You have a portfolio of customers who are working on drug discovery (lead optimization, lead characterization, DMPK, ADME, Tox,)
  • You have previously experienced complex and longterm deals (regulatory & nonregulatory) with big pharma & biotech
  • You have already launched a new preclinical product + service on the market
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills
  • You are dynamic and convincing with high negotiation skills
  • You are customer centric
  • You are looking for a position with responsibilities and ready for this challenge
  • Fluent (oral & written) in English is a must. A good level in French is also expected.
