Description

• Assist the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
• Assist with creation and reporting of marketing campaigns in CRM.
• Obtain and manage marketing phone numbers, and manage the routing of marketing calls, recordings, and call distribution.
• Manage content translations as needed.
• Provide support to the sales teams and the sales process by creating reports for marketing campaigns and assisting with analysis of data.
• Create and update activity control reports and marketing campaigns weekly.
• Support data research projects as needed.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires if necessary.
• Provide CRM training to employees to prepare them to perform their activities and functions.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Associates degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 02 years of related experience
• C1+ French and English proficiency

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Internet and database management (Microsoft Dynamics, Power Bi)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment under tight deadlines.
• Selfmotivated; able to complete tasks and respond to department requests and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions.
• Strong relationshipdevelopment skills resulting in longterm, mutually beneficial relationships.
