Overview:
Global Blue is looking for a Chief of Staff Reporting to the SVP Marketing and Customer Value
Creation, member of the Group Executive Committee.

The Marketing and Customer Value Creation (CVC) team is a centralized team bridging all key

Global Blue stakeholders (Product & tech team, Sales team, Legal team ) to deliver a new impactful value proposal to clients.

It is a team leading Global Blue long-term transformation, from a Tax
Free processor, to a data-driven consulting firm when it comes to international clientele.

To make this ambition happens, the Marketing and CVC team leaders need to design and implement new strategies and to manage transversal global projects in their respective fields.

The role

  • Produce strategic analysis and benchmarks, research, search and impulse best market practices (in terms of B2B Marketing, Sales and Customer Success). Step back, analyse
Global Blue practices and propose improvements to the team leaders.

  • Lead/support in the organization of workshops (Design thinking methodology) to help the teams progress on strategic thoughts and decisions
  • Work with the SVP Marketing & CVC in monitoring the strategy implementation; in the preparation of Executive committees/Boards where strategies and project status will be presented; in the preparation of teams' events and workshops to follow the strategies and projects roll out, while ensuring team alignment and cohesion behind shared values and culture
  • Work with the Marketing and CVC team leaders in the definition of their strategy, their success metrics and the identification of strategic initiatives so they are set up for success in achieving their objectives
  • Lead/support transformation projects as project manager for the team. Projects could be related to B2B marketing, Communications, Customer success, Go to market strategy for new products, CSR, Processes for more efficiency, Change management.


This role is a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of topics related to B2B marketing and communications, sales and customer success, as well as on transformantion and change management.

This is a high impact, strategic global and cross-functional role. The role is designed to be a stepping stone for operational leadership positions in the Group after a few years
(worldwide opportunities).

  • 2Y of working experience, in consulting firms or in project management functions (sizeable experience in internships or apprenticeship accepted)

Rémunération : 40 000,00€ à 45 000,00€ par an
