Job Summary
The Associate Research Scientist will coordinate and execute Phagos' Nextflow-based bioinformatic pipelines and handle team bioinformatics requests.Pipeline and Data Management:
Run Nextflow bioinformatics pipelines for bacterial/phage samples. Convert pipeline outputs into clear, structured reports for the wet lab team.
- Perform statistical analyses and comparative benchmarking to help improve laboratory SOPs.
