As the French End Market Director for PMCM you will report to the Business line lead B&P PMCM

You will be responsible for the delivery of our portfolio with a focus on HSSE, performance criteria/objectives, delivery quality, schedule, compliance, profitability and scope/contract management.

You collaborate closely with other countries and business lines on matters related to safety, employee engagement, client care and business development.

You connect with other regional directors to promote an integrated offering to our clients and ensure efficient cross selling within the country and within the Europe region.

Main task and responsibilities

Promote and ensure effective implementation of AECOM SH&E policies and procedures within a Country or Region.
Together with the business line lead, implement strategy and growth of AECOM's services for a PMCM within France and agree on a BD resourcing plan for each year
Responsible for P&L for PMCM France.
Drive cash collections and working capital management and ensure they meet the End Market plan.
Responsible for the delivery of all PMCM projects in France.
Ensure projects are being managed to high safety, commercial, client, technical and reputational standards.
Lead the review of technical and financial performance of projects on a regular basis, and implement necessary measures to mitigate quality issues and maintain target margins.
Together with the business line lead, Lead business development activities, including review of bids and proposals within a Country or Region. Lead the contract and variation negotiations with clients within a Country.
Manage the implementation of the Integrated Management System, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Attract highly competent project managers and develop the skills of existing project managers.
Responsible for recruiting and managing End Market resources ensuring their engagement and continuous development.
Collaborate with other business lines to identify opportunities to develop and deliver integrated services within new and existing clients, and key market sectors within a Country.
Continuously interact with clients assuring satisfaction with AECOM services and interacting with project delivery personnel to ensure any service issues are identified and addressed in a proactive manner.
