Location:
Valenciennes, France
You will join our Component Developpement Site, Key actor in the design and development or interior train parts for Rolling Stock, with more than 140 people, & 20 different nationalities, designer, buyer, industrial, quality, Project Managers, & Experts, working both for French & international projects.
What are my responsibilities?
To insure the implementation, the proper use, the training, the follow-up of IT tools related to the activities of CDSi
Organisation Reporting

Product Engineering Manager CDS-i
Functional Reporting:
Product Engineering Manager CDS-i
Network & Links

CDSi Internal Interfaces: Globally CDSi Population, mainly the engineering population

Alstom Internal Interfaces: IT, TDS site, M&T site and Central

External Interfaces: Engineering sub-contractors.

- Resolution of incident On Time
- DMA Training on time
Responsibilities
Accountable for:
- Ensure the implementation of tools related to the specificities of CDSi, within CDSi as well as with our partners (Subcontractors and suppliers)
Responsible for:
- Ensure the training of CDSi users and subcontractors when this is not external or otherwise ensure the coordination of the various stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize data exchange between sites and partners (subcontractors and suppliers).
- Ensure the interface with IS&T
Contributor for:
- Manage the Workload tool, train and assist the leader groups on the tool.
- Work with the Business, to develop and improve processes
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Minimum qualifications
- Diploma: Licence or master degree in mechanical Engineering or IT specialization
- Able to work in an international, multisite and matrix organization structure.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Mastery of design tools, CATIA, Digital Mock up
