Your key responsabilities

Part of Flavor Global Sourcing team. Ensure monitoring of sourcing requirements and issues for her/his zone in clause collaboration with global sourcing / local sourcing and planning. Ensure key interface role in shortage management.
Leads the implementation of the purchasing strategy for a raw materials portfolio and support the development of the purchasing strategy with senior sourcing managers for their respective portfolios.
Coordinate new source or raw material introduction locally. Submit and follow through on internal requests, and work with suppliers and internal partners to facilitate introductions
Work closely with our Regulatory Affairs team to ensure compliance to global, regional or local regulation of our purchased raw materials
Support Special Projects upon requests
Negotiates and formalizes contracts at lowest Total Cost of Ownership for subcategories.
Develops a strong knowledge of the raw materials and understanding of the market drivers & monitors competitive factors & risks.

You bring

Master Degree in Business, Purchasing, Finance, Food Technology, Chemistry, Science, Agronomy
Possess 2 years of experience in Purchasing (Flavors & Fragrance industry, Food, Chemical Industry, Naturals or Ingredients business is a plus)
Knowhow on strategic sourcing process including negotiation.
Experience in an International Business is a strong asset
Experience in Chemicals / Flavors and Fragrance materials is a plus
Fluent in English and French, other language are a plus.
