Job description

Structure (data schema), clean, transform, test, and deploy datasets that are ready for analytics so Data Analysts and the whole company can work efficiently with our data
Collaborate with Data Engineers on architecture and ETL issues to expose new datasets
Set up ETL / ELT / EL workflows with a view to maintainability
Communicate about best practices in Analytics Engineering with our Data Analysts
Put in place solid analytics training, and data documentation, for all Masteos teams so they can learn how to use data to answer questions and use analytics reporting for their team without assistance
Discuss with other teams to understand their challenges and operational business objectives
Design and build dashboards used by many teams at Masteos to make strategic decisions
Estimate the development times associated with their needs

Airbyte, Snowflake, Airflow, Metabase, GCP services

We are looking for:

You have 5+ years of professional experience as a BI and/or Analytics Engineer and mastered data analysis and visualization in a Business Intelligence tool such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau

You are fluent in writing analytical SQL, are able to write complex queries, understand the difference between SQL that works and performant SQL

You have strong experience with a data transformation tool

You have strong experience in Git

Programming good practices:
documentation, CI/CD, code review

You are a clear, concise communicator and can explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience

You want to work in a fast, high-growth startup environment and thrive on both autonomy and collaboration

Love for teamwork and agile software development

Entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy to diversify your skills

Keen interest in the proptech ecosystem or real-estate

Strong verbal and written English language skills
